HOW DO I OBTAIN A LIVE SCAN?

You will receive a "REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN SERVICE, BCIA 8016" form from the hiring agency, organization, or company. The form must be completed and presented to the Live Scan Technician along with a valid I.D. or Passport at the time of your Live Scan.

FEES

The DOJ and FBI fees vary based upon the industry code indicated on your form, in addition to the rolling fee. You may contact our Live Scan Coordinator to provide the ORI code located on your form to obtain a price prior to coming in. We accept cash or credit card. Ask about our Mobile Services.

WHEN DO I GET RESULTS?

The reults are sent to the requesting agency who will notify you of the results once they receive them. You can also check the status of your submission by going to www.applicatistatus.doj.ca.gov
