HOW DO I OBTAIN A LIVE SCAN?

You will receive a "REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN SERVICE BCIA8016" form from the hiring agency, organization, or company. The form must be completed and presented to the Live Scan Technician along with a valid I.D. or Passport at the time of your Live Scan.

FEES

The DOJ and FBI fees vary based upon the industry code indicated on your form, and we also charge a rolling fee. You may call our Live Scan Coordinator @ 855-711-SCAN and provide the code from your form and get a price prior to coming in. We accept cash or credit cards. And there is an additional fee for Mobile Services.

WHEN DO I GET RESULTS?

The reults are sent to the requesting agency who will notify you of the results once they receive them. You can also check the status of your submission by going to www.applicatistatus.doj.ca.gov
